Installation policy
KaizenTech offers professional installation for all smartlock purchases.
Installation Scheduling :
The installation date and time selected during checkout or through the order form are considered preferred schedules only.
The final schedule will be confirmed by our Sales/Installation Team via message or call.
Installation Fee :
Installation fees may vary depending on the type of door and installation location. Some promos may include free installation, depending on the offer at the time of purchase.
Installation Requirements :
Customers must ensure the following before the installation team arrives:
- The door is fully functional (no alignment issues)
- The door is not swollen or damaged
- Existing locks and hardware are accessible
- The owner or a representative is present during installation
If installation cannot proceed due to door issues, incorrect measurements, or environmental constraints, a rescheduling fee or additional service fee may apply.
Installation Warranty :
Installed units are covered under KaizenTech’s standard warranty.Units that have been installed cannot be refunded, but may be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.
Balance Payment :
For “Full Payment Upon Installation,” the remaining balance must be settled on the installation day, before the installer leaves.
