Shipping Fee:
Shipping fees depend on the delivery address and courier rates. Full payment or required downpayment must be received before shipping.
Lost or Damaged in Transit::
If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, customers must report the issue within 48 hours, with photo/video proof.
KaizenTech will verify the claim and provide a replacement unit in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy.
Warranty for Shipped Items::
For shipped orders, the warranty is only valid if the unit is installed by KaizenTech’s certified installers.Self-installation or installation by third-party technicians will automatically void the warranty.
